Invoicy is an invoice automation platform that processes, classifies, and stores invoices using third-party services including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Document AI. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

You retain ownership of all invoices and data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (Google APIs, Twilio, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of invoice parsing or classification results.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
